In the year of 1948, the bag-maker Ludwig Krispens established his own business. Twentynine years later, in 1977,  the business founder placed the concern in the hands of his son Richard Krispens, the present owner, who is since 1971 our brother in the truth.

Since then we have increasingly focused on the production of special and appropriate articles for preaching work, the meetings and for personal studies.

As a small family business, which we have remaind to this day, we are pleased to supply, not only brothers domestically but also those in the complete European foreign community, all continents and occasionally in remote parts of the earth.

The delivery period is about 14 days within Germany (lead time for bookbinding articles is about 4 - 6 weeks and may differ depending on order entry) and can be prolonged if the wanted item is not in stock.

The total amount of invoice is inclusive postage expenses and value added tax. The commodity is forwarded as inexpensive as possible. Invoice and transfer form are enclosed with every consignment within Germany.

Return of the product is within 14 days possible; please stamp sufficiently and forward the commodity as inexpensive as possible. If an exchange or a return takes place by our fault, we replace the postage costs.

The amount of invoice is payable on 14 days after receipt. Interest payable on arrears amount to 2% above the discont  rate, which is normal banking practice. Please do not pay in advance.

Subject to alterations in prices and colors. Articles with name embossing cannot be exchanged or taken back. 

In case you buy bags with combination locks, we ask you to comply unconditionally with the operating instruction, that is enclosed with every bag. Damages, that are caused by improper use of the combination locks, exclude any return, and we also cannot repair the combination locks. Please comply with the operating instruction!

Important for the transfer:

The transfer form can be used (enclosed only within Germany, Customers from the European foreign community and from not EU-states, we ask to use customary payment carriers for bank or postal transfer).

• as transfer order for bank or postal transfer; please complete the transfer form with the name of your credit institution, the bank code number, your account number, and the invoice number.

• as pay-in slip for payment in cash; accepted by all credit institutions and post offices.

Please do not send us any cash or stamps, because in case of loss you have to pay the amount of invoice once again. 

Please use only the enclosed transfer form, so that your payment can be entered up correctly and without any delay.

Customors living in the European abroad and in countries outside the European Community are asked to use customary credit transfer forms for bank or postal transfer.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA card, MasterCard, Euro card.

We always need the following details for payment with credit cards:

1. Card holder: 

the person whose names a credit card is drawn on

2. Card examining number:

the three to four-digit number which is in addition to the card number printed on the card. (You will find it mostly on the sub-lettering field on the back of the card)

3. Credit card data:

• Credit card number
• Card examining number
• Validity date
• Payment amount
• Names and the address of the card holder

4. Credit card company

the bank or the enterprise which has funded the credit card

Important note for the recording of all relevant data or payment with credit card(s):

We wish to make it clear that we do not  save all relevant data for organizational reasons and because of the protection of data privacy for all payments made with your credit card (after a successful transaction).

We therefore request that you supply all relevant information with every subsequent order in writing (locked envelope) stating (card holders, card examining number, credit card data, Credit Card Company).

The direct debiting of the invoice amount is carried out approx. 2-3 weeks upon receipt of the product.

Payment with Euro cheque card, EC number cash:

It is now possible, by directly purchase, to pay by Euro cheque card.

• Free repairs and free delivery of spare parts (these two services depend on the effort needed and only for own articles).

• Special models by leather covers (for example: Bibles in foreign languages and books in different sizes) as required in all our leather colors and motives.

• We deliver articles as gifts or on date as requested; personal advice on the telephone and in our facility; direct selling in our facility

• Why do I have to send in literature?
  
  Answer: <<Because we can only obtain the literature for our personal use.>>

• Why can´t I order any name embossing on the telephone?
  
  Answer: <<To avoid unnecessary error sources, that would lead to costly and frustrating deliveries of the wrong goods.>>

• Why don´t you give any quantity discount?
  
  Answer: <<Since we have already calculated our lowest prices, we can only grant Bethelites, missionaries and special pioneers a discount.>>

• Why don´t you send bigger orders free of postage?
  
  Answer: <<Since we don´t charge any postage and packing flat rate and we exactly calculate the correct postage amount the Postoffice also charges us, we pass our price advantage directly to our customers, so for that reason no further discounts are possible.>>

• Do brothers exclusively work for you and is Richard Krispens a brother?

• Can I pay my order by credit card?

• Why aren´t your opening hours similar to the retail trade?
  
  Answer: <<Since our business is principally a production and mail order business, our working day already starts at 7:00 am in the morning. Local sales are therefore not encouraged as our employees cannot engage in longer or additional working hours.>>

• REMARK ON AN OWN MATTER:

We do not sell any products from our assortment on circuit assemblies, district-, or international conventions or on special assembly days. The sale of our products is exclusively carried out only on a written order (letter, postcard, order form, fax, email, internet shop), telephone - with a following mail sending - or direct in our house.

In addition we ask you not to use our catalog, catatog-CD-ROM at any of our meetings.
